It is a three-pack waterborne epoxy resin matrix engineered for priming concrete and mineral floors prior to the application of CP FLOORTEK epoxy screeds and topcoats, ensuring deep adhesion and preventing dry patches.
Clean tap water (or Demineralized Water) is the specified diluent and cleaner. The kit is supplied with Component C (DM Water). NEVER add mineral turpentine or solvent thinners, which break the water emulsion. Equipment is cleaned with clean water.
Mix Component A (Resin) and Component B (Hardener) thoroughly for 1–2 minutes, then slowly add Component C (DM Water) while mixing until uniform. Always mix full pack sizes (typically 1 kg Resin : 2 kg Hardener : 2 kg Water for a 5 kg kit).
It can be applied on moist or green concrete surfaces with moisture content up to 4–5%, but never on wet surfaces with visible standing water. Mechanically grind concrete to achieve an open surface profile of 150–200 microns.
Apply the intermediate screed or topcoat once the primer has cured to a tacky-free state (typically 6–12 hours at 25°C). Do not exceed the maximum recoat window of 24 hours without light sanding.
