Professional Painting & Application Services in Kenya

Yes. Our technical supervisors perform physical site visits across Nairobi Metropolitan, Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, and regional project sites. We inspect substrate soundness, verify previous paint adhesion, take digital concrete moisture measurements, assess crack patterns, and measure exact square meterage before preparing a detailed bill of quantities.

We require concrete and cement plaster substrates to have a moisture content of 12 percent or below (measured using calibrated Tramex or Protimeter digital impedance meters) before applying primer or coating systems. Applying paint over damp plaster traps moisture, causing blistering, efflorescence salts, and premature delamination under Kenyan temperature cycles.

We offer written workmanship and coating guarantees ranging from 3 to 10 years depending on the specified coating specification and substrate condition. Standard residential exterior facade systems carry up to 5-year guarantees, high-traffic epoxy flooring carries up to 5-year industrial warranties, and multi-layer elastomeric structural waterproofing systems carry up to 10-year waterproofing guarantees.

Yes. For active commercial offices, retail supermarkets, banking halls, and operational manufacturing plants, our crews execute phased night shifts, weekend turnarounds, and holiday shutdowns. We deploy low-VOC, virtually odorless waterborne acrylics and rapid-cure solvent-free epoxy systems to ensure facilities return to operational service without chemical odor complaints.

We provide complete turnkey contracting covering surface preparation, primers, intermediate coats, finish topcoats, sundries, and labor. Sourcing materials directly through our supply network ensures batch consistency, verified manufacturer formulations (Crown, Plascon, Solai, Apex), and single-source warranty accountability. For large commercial tenders where materials are pre-purchased, we also provide specialized application-only labor contracting.

We never paint over failing coatings. Our preparation protocol includes mechanical wire brushing, paint scraping, or rotary diamond grinding to remove all loose and delaminated layers back to a sound substrate. We then patch surface voids with exterior-grade acrylic skim coats, wash away chalking residues, apply deep-penetrating stabilizing masonry primers, and confirm adhesion before applying finish coats.

Our contracting divisions mobilize nationwide across all 47 counties in Kenya, as well as executing commercial, institutional, and industrial coating projects across East Africa (including Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan). Whether for urban commercial fit-outs, residential properties, industrial manufacturing plants, or cross-border infrastructure, our crews deploy with full application equipment and certified technical supervision.

Our quotations are formulated from exact on-site measurements (square meters of walls, ceilings, floors, or linear meters of trim), existing substrate condition (raw new-build vs weathered repainting), surface preparation requirements (diamond grinding, crack repair, skim coating), access logistics (scaffolding heights, boom lifts), and the specified paint grade and number of coats.
