Concrete substrates must have a tensile strength ≥1.5 MPa, moisture content ≤4–5%, and be mechanically prepared (diamond grinding or shot-blasting) to open surface pores. Prime the prepared surface with CP FLOORTEK Waterborne Epoxy Primer before screed application.
Apply using a notched trowel or pin rake to the desired depth, followed immediately by rolling with a spiked nylon aeration roller to release entrapped air. The usable pot life after mixing resin, hardener, and aggregate is approximately 30–45 minutes at 25–27°C.
