Supplied in pre-weighed multi-component kits (Resin, Hardener, Colour Concentrate, and Aggregate totaling 14.71 kg). First mix the colour concentrate into the resin for 30 seconds, add the hardener and stir slowly for 1–2 minutes, then gradually add aggregate and mix for 2–3 minutes with a low-speed electric stirrer (300–400 rpm) until homogeneous. Always mix complete kits.
Substrates must be sound concrete (moisture ≤4%), diamond-ground, and primed with CP FLOORTEK Waterborne Epoxy Primer to prevent pinholes and substrate outgassing.
Light pedestrian foot traffic is permitted after 24 hours at 25°C. Full chemical cure and heavy forklift traffic require 7 days under standard ambient curing conditions.
