All surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and free from dusts, grease or any loose material. All traces of Wax or Oil should be removed by power sanding particularly if wax had been used on the surface before. The moisture content should not exceed 12% prior to coating. Apply one coat of Basco NC Sanding sealer. Allow to dry for 2-3 hours. Sand the surface using emery paper ,wipe of the dust and dirt before applying top coat

Duracoat WoodTech Polyurethane Woodseal is touch-dry in approximately 2 - 4 Hours. Allow at least 24 Hours between successive coats under standard atmospheric conditions (25°C and 50% relative humidity).
