Apply one coat of Basco NC Sanding sealer. Allow to dry for 2-3 hours. Sand the surface using emery paper ,wipe of the dust and dirt before applying top coat

Duracoat WoodTech Multi Purpose Varnish is touch-dry in approximately 4 - 6 Hours. Allow at least 24 Hours between successive coats under standard atmospheric conditions (25°C and 50% relative humidity).
