Like all standard epoxies, outdoor UV exposure will cause the surface gloss to chalk and fade over time, although corrosion protection remains intact. For outdoor structures where high gloss retention is critical, use an aliphatic polyurethane topcoat over the epoxy primer.
For steel, prime with Glory 2-Pack Hi-Build Epoxy Primer. For concrete walls, prime with Glory 2-Pack Epoxy Primer or thinned Epoxy Enamel.
The pot life is approximately 4 to 6 hours at 25°C once the base and hardener are mixed.
Use ONLY genuine Glory Epoxy Thinner. Do not use white spirit, standard thinners, or water.
It covers approximately 8 to 10 square metres per litre per coat.
